About me and my practice

I believe that we all have the raw ingredients to be OK, we just need to find them. Working through negative feelings, behaviours and relationship patterns will lead to calmness, clarity, confidence, contentment, connectedness and much more.

Experience

I have studied Psychology and Counselling at Degree Level and Masters Level with the University of Roehampton, London, UK. I am a fully qualified practitioner registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have experience and enjoy working with all categories of individuals and with a wide range of issues, and I have experience of working in a very focussed way for short term therapy contracts, or at a deeper level over many months.

As well as my private practice, I work with students within a University setting, as well as within the community offering low costs therapy. I have been a Samaritan for many years.
